We traveled to Goa by chance without any special expectations. But we were surprised by very professional attitude of Yoko from the beginning (meeting in the airport) till the end. Yoga classes by Yoko were the best, we ever took part. Also we had few private classes, which was exceptionally useful for us. Fairy tail week with Yoko!

Yoga land is a very beautiful shala located in Colomb surrounded by three magical Banyan trees. Entering the shala already has its magic - in combination with yoga of Yoko is pure bliss for your soul and a perfect escape of reality :). I can highly recommend this place and yoga teacher. The place also offers different yoga classes like aerial yoga, ashtanga yoga, vinyasa flow etc.... anything you want and feel like

Today I did a HEADSTAND!! Sooooo exciting. It's only taken 13 years and I was near a wall and I did a (teeny weeny, gentle) kick up into it (my abs need fine tuning - thank you 3 kids in 3 years) BUT it's a start and it felt amazing! And I WILL have nailed it by the end of the year. Thank you, Yoko Swami!

Yoko is a friendly, effervescent and highly skilled Yogi/teacher...and an outstanding human being, you can tell from the outset and after enjoying and being inspired and educated in his class you'll understand what I've just wrote... we wanted more of his wisdom so thank you brother...hasta pronto.

I’ve been in doing yoga at several different places in India during my travels (1,5 months) and this was by far the best place! Maybe a little expensive compared to other places, but it’s worth every rupee! I took five classes over a week and then you get a discount. The instructor is originally from Switzerland and therefore speaks English very well! He makes it possible for every level to join in the same class by showing different variations of every exercise. Good exercise, good stretch and lovely peaceful environment in the woods! Thanks a lot for a lovely week!

Yoko teaches so well he makes even the most difficult moves become easier with gentle instructions great for beginners but also able to challenge really good students too I cannot recomend him highly enough and would Definitely not miss his classes if you in the area 200 percent excellent
