During our private session, we'll start by assessing your physical condition and identifying any imbalances or areas of weakness. This will help me provide specific adjustments to help you achieve proper alignment in each pose, leading to more effective and targeted results, as well as better muscle engagement and more efficient use of energy.

If you're a beginner, don't worry! Private sessions can be especially beneficial for those who may feel intimidated or overwhelmed in a group class setting. We'll learn the basics at your own pace, and I'll provide immediate feedback and guidance to help you gradually build your confidence before transitioning to a group class. This will help you establish a strong foundation and develop proper techniques, which can help prevent injury and ensure a safe and enjoyable practice.


In addition, we can customize your session to include specific types of yoga such as Hatha, Vinyasa, or Restorative, depending on your needs and goals. We can also explore meditation and mindfulness techniques, which can be particularly helpful for individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, or other mental health concerns.
