For optimal results, incorporate this sequence into your routine three times a week for two months. Commit to the practice, and witness the positive transformation in your posture and lower back health.

This is a brief and progressive adaptation of the Sun Salutation that I incorporate into my Vinyasa flow.

In this variation, I've introduced the Wild Thing Pose (Camatkarasana), also known as Flip Dog, and Ardha Purvottanasana (Reverse Table Top Pose). These additional postures enhance the backbend and serve as excellent warm-ups, particularly beneficial for opening the shoulders.
