Advance / Cold Water Immersion

This session is only open to participants who did the introduction CWI and got an advance badge

Service Description

Only accessible with a 5 yoga pass plan. Quick access to the Ice bath. Without supervision enjoy a quick deep in and out when I brief the first-timer. You are on your own if other advance participants are with you please offer to time each other.
