Cancellation Policy
1. Deposit & Payment Schedule 20% Deposit: A 20% deposit is required at booking to reserve your spot. This deposit is non-refundable once the retreat is officially confirmed with our venue. Final Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 45 days prior to the retreat start date. If the balance is not received by this deadline, your spot may be forfeited. 2. Participant Cancellations 45 Days or More Before Start: If you cancel 45 days or more before the retreat, you will receive a refund of any amount paid minus the 20% deposit. Less Than 45 Days Before Start: No refunds, partial refunds, or travel credits can be issued for cancellations made less than 45 days before the retreat begins. Travel Insurance: We strongly advise all participants to purchase comprehensive travel insurance (with "Cancel for Any Reason" coverage) to protect their investment against personal emergencies or travel disruptions. 3. Cancellation by the Host (Yoko Yoga) Minimum Enrollment & Venue Confirmation: We will officially confirm the retreat 3 to 4 months in advance once our minimum number of participants is reached. If we do not meet this minimum and must cancel the retreat before booking the resort, you will receive a 100% full refund of all monies paid, including your 20% deposit. Force Majeure: Once the resort venue is legally contracted and paid, Yoko Yoga cannot issue refunds for host illness or unexpected disruptions. Any last-minute cancellations on our end due to emergencies must be claimed through your travel insurance. Yoko Yoga is not liable for external expenses like airline tickets.
