Every last week of the month, starting January 2025, we’re inviting a small group of just five students to join this intimate training. This isn’t about crowded classrooms or rushed teachings. It’s about personalized attention, meaningful connections, and discovering the depth of what aerial yoga can offer.

Why is This Training Different?

This isn’t just another yoga course—it’s a deep dive into the transformative world of aerial yoga, designed to set you apart as a teacher. Here’s what makes it truly unique:

  • Exclusive Learning Environment: With only five students per training, you’ll receive personalized guidance, meaningful feedback, and the chance to build genuine connections—not only with the practice but also with your instructor and peers.

  • Expert Guidance: With 15 years of experience as a professional aerialist and over a decade as a yoga teacher, I bring together the worlds of movement, anatomy, and philosophy in a way that’s both inspiring and practical. This isn’t about theory alone—it’s about learning tools you’ll use for years to come.

  • A Unique Teaching Methodology: You’ll be introduced to the SPHERES framework, a teaching system that integrates physical alignment, breath control, and creativity. It’s a methodology designed to help you create meaningful, impactful classes that leave your students coming back for more.

Our Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Manual is at the heart of this training, your ultimate guide to mastering this discipline. It covers everything you need to build a strong foundation for your teaching, including:

  • 80+ essential aerial yoga postures

  • Practical anatomy for aerial yoga

  • Yoga philosophy in the aerial context

  • Teacher roles and safety guidelines

By the end of this training, you’ll leave with more than a 50-hour certificate. You’ll walk away with the confidence, skills, and resources to bring aerial yoga to life in your classes and a manual that will continue to support you on your teaching journey.
